The Ghana Health Industry Summit awards is working to select and award the Best Institutions, Practitioners and Contributors observing
Licensing protocol and regulations , informing the award's selection process, under the Health Facilities Regulatory Agency (HeFRA) , established under the Health Institutions and Facilities Act, 2011 (Act 829) ,established in PART ONE of the Act.
The Agency will transform itself into a leading and well-resourced regulatory body through managing the licensing of public and private health facilities to ensure that they provide the highest quality of service in an equitable and effective manner.
HeFRA has been set up to license facilities for the provision of public and private health care services through quality standard setting, enforcement and client focused partnerships .

FDARegulation adherence protocol for its selection process ,from The Food and Drug Administration ,responsible for protecting the public health by ensuring the safety, efficacy, and security of human and veterinary drugs, biological products, and medical devices; and by ensuring the safety of our nation's food supply, cosmetics, and products that emit radiation.
